Some of the vets will remember me and my interactions on the forums. I have done well from PE so far and intend to keep going with 2016 being my best year yet. I've moved countries and changed careers, thus my absence from the forums these past few months. My gains have remained which is great (they are in my sig and also documented in my log and profile).
I am committed to making this year my best yet and would invite others to gear up with the enthusiasm and dedication straight from the beginning of the New Year in creating your super wang!
Drawing on many years of past experience, I will be continuing on with stretching, jelqing, edging and clamping this year. I've found that as my wang is highly conditioned from my long commitment to PE and experimentation in what works and does not work for me, I am able to engage safely in sustained, reasonably intense workouts. I am aiming to maximise my 'erect time' this year which I've found in my case is the optimum way to work on tissue deformation and improved gains. It is also a tried and tested way for me to maintain good PIs and EQ.
43 years old and still waking up with morning wood. Careful balancing of my various exercises and commitment to steady improvement whilst adhering to safety is the path that I tread through to the 31st December 2016. I am setting the bar high and hoping to get to 8.0" BPEL and 5.75" MSEG.
Lets fire up our systems and get things rolling for our best year yet. My very best wishes to all for the work and ultimate success that they will experience this year.
