    Hi All,

    Some of the vets will remember me and my interactions on the forums. I have done well from PE so far and intend to keep going with 2016 being my best year yet. I've moved countries and changed careers, thus my absence from the forums these past few months. My gains have remained which is great (they are in my sig and also documented in my log and profile).

    I am committed to making this year my best yet and would invite others to gear up with the enthusiasm and dedication straight from the beginning of the New Year in creating your super wang!

    Drawing on many years of past experience, I will be continuing on with stretching, jelqing, edging and clamping this year. I've found that as my wang is highly conditioned from my long commitment to PE and experimentation in what works and does not work for me, I am able to engage safely in sustained, reasonably intense workouts. I am aiming to maximise my 'erect time' this year which I've found in my case is the optimum way to work on tissue deformation and improved gains. It is also a tried and tested way for me to maintain good PIs and EQ.

    43 years old and still waking up with morning wood. Careful balancing of my various exercises and commitment to steady improvement whilst adhering to safety is the path that I tread through to the 31st December 2016. I am setting the bar high and hoping to get to 8.0" BPEL and 5.75" MSEG.

    Lets fire up our systems and get things rolling for our best year yet. My very best wishes to all for the work and ultimate success that they will experience this year.

    What's up dude! Welcome back from your break. That's great to see your gains have improved despite the lengthy absence from PE. What's your NBPEL?

    Hi mate

    Oh I kept up a light routine of PE so never actually stopped...just cemented my gains. Not sure of my NBPEL as I always just measure BPEL. As my fat pad fluctuates a bit due to bouts of training and then celebrating (good food, booze etc) I find that BPEL is the most reliable constant measurement. My BPEL is holding steady at 7.25".

    Oops, sorry haha I was meaning it's great your gains have cemented since your PE absence* it must be a really wonderful feeling to know they haven't shrunk which is my fear once I get gains (hopefully) anyway. Still, great to see your happy right?! I would be in your position that's for sure haha. Do you notice longer length without doing a bpel measurment? Like experiencing erections in general?

    Yes I have definitely noticed the increased length. I didn't see my wife for almost two years due to being in seperate countries, work, an accident that I had to recover from and a few other things. I was at my 2013 size the last time that I saw her (as per my sig) and when we got back together...she definitely noticed it! She asked why it felt so much bigger and I just said that I was happy to see her hehe. I like to keep my PE as my private, self-improvement activity.

    Definitely bigger erections but it does take some time (like perhaps 5-10 minutes) to go from what I would call 'normal erect' to 'super erect' where I reach maximum expansion. Will continue to document my progress as I have in my log and my profile and put out some measurements in 12 weeks time or so.
