For example, I usually do my workouts like at 2-4 in the morning, but count it as the day before it hit midnight, because I get out of work late and/or have to wait until everyone in my house is asleep. But I will also do it when I wake up like right now, when no one is home so I don't have to do it later tonight. It's been like 10 hours since the last workout, I slept of course. Is this bad?
