Hi Homepops, welcome! Have you clicked the "Start Here" button on the upper left of the page? There are a lot of great threads for you to read. Especially the one on Physiological Indicators or PI's. They are a great part of knowing if you are doing enough or too much. Next read the Beginner routines and pick one that fits your goals. After you have routine, head over the progress forum to start a Log. Posting your routine, PI's, and progress is really helpful in getting good feedback. Remember to go slow the first 90 days as you are still conditioning yourself for PE.
