I had significant gains from edging, at the time I was in my mid 20's and put it down to a late growth spurt.
However once I started reading up on pe, I realised it was probably extended edging.
It doesn't seem to work for everyone however and edging as a solo pe exercise is very controversial.
Edging is well established as part of an overall pe routine though.
Doing edging after pe is probably a good practise.
