I've been given the advice by some PE vets that I absolutely need to implement stretching into my routine. I'm not a fan of stretching but I'll do what it takes. My question is where is an alternate location to grip while stretching? I don't really like gripping behind the head because it usually causes an erection. My thinking is maybe I can grip the base to stretch my ligs and if i absolutely have to in order to be successful , grip just behind the head for tunica stretching or can I use my extender as a tunica stretcher instead. At the beginning stages of my pe journey, which one would be the most beneficial to add to my routine, lig or tunica stretching. My current routine is jelquing, bathmate, and an extender. My main goal is to add girth. I was told I can get girth gains from a length routine so should I switch my focus to length?

I think at the beginning of the journey gripping behind the head is best. If you are just starting out give it time and you will eventually be able to do it without getting an erection.
You can get plenty of girth gains from just stretching and jelqing/ulis.
You don't need to focus just on girth starting outStarting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
