When did your penis stop growing in Girth?

I was speaking to a member of another forum today. And they said around the age of 19 their girth was a lot smaller than it was currently. So as for the guys around 21-24+. Did you see much girth growth after the age of 19?

I don't think my size has increased much past 19, but, I became a man. Not saying you are not. But, as you age, your dick will mature and you will learn to become a good lover. I can't stress enough how passion and emotion with a woman is key. But you're 19 and 8x5.4? Damn, I'm still trying to get there. Learn how to make love. Size doesn't matter that much.

Let's see, I found PE at 14 and I'm 28 now so..... Never. I'm still growing, all be it a little slower now. I'm not at dedicated now as I used to be though.

I think by 18 or 19 I was as big as I would get naturally.
