Is it okay to exercise on the same day you have sex?
My guess is it isn't and may count as a rest day. Even then I'm going to be using it, so it's kind of like a workout? I'm not sure. Just want to ask to avoid injuries or any other complications.

Do whatever feels good. If your cock gets up and it's ready to go, go for it. I do forgo PE on days I'm going to have sex sometimes but I would never forgo sex for PE. Don't let PE get in the way of good sex. If I do too much sex and PE combined I have a drop in EQ sometimes. You have to explore what works for you. There is nothing carved in stone. Let your body tell you what works bc it will speak to you. You just have to pay attn. Your PIs will speak volumes.

I quite often have sex after extending and especially pumping sessions which generate a bigger erection. In fact, I enjoy doing kegels while inside my wife.

Pointless to do PE if PE stops you from having sex.

Sexual activity can be a part of your training. Any vigorous sexual activity lasting more than a couple of minutes could offset any scheduled stamina work.
