Having read the excellent article in the PE theory section about smooth muscle and Tunica limitations. I have arrived to the conclusion that my Tunica is my limiting factor in gains.
My EQ has always been 9/10 plus throughout my 6 year PE career. So I know that it would be benificial to do a lot of my jelqing/stretching straight up. Now what stretches are out there apart from a bog standard SU stretch for focussing on Tunica tissue. I don't hang and my ADS is back home which I can't get for another 3 weeks.
So basically looking for advice on different stretches, angles, variations etc. Did some searching and never really came up with anything specific for Tunica focussed workouts.
