Hello, I've been trying for quite a while to increase the volume of my ejaculate, not the sperm count itself, however, if both increase it does not matter to me as long as I have massive loads. I've tried tons of supplements such as zinc, folic acid, vitamin e, selenium, L-lysine, L-carnitine, vitamin B, lecithin, celery, prostate complex and tons of water with no results. I'm currently taking TestoJack 200 to see if the increase in testosterone will increase my loads and I can't really tell to be honest.
I've been wondering now and another question I have is during ejaculation the correct technique to use to get it to shoot out. I see in some porn videos as the guy is cumming that he won't even stroke his penis and it still cums for about 30 seconds even though he's not stroking it; I don't know how to do that because if i stop stroking it my orgasm dies down. The only thing that really works for me is keep stroking it really fast opposed to stopping or going really slowly. Why do some people cum for like 30 seconds even once they stopped stoking their penis? Is it all in the PC/BC muscle?
This leads me to my next question which I'm confused about whether it's the PC or BC muscle that will shoot the cum? Because when I do a reverse keel (BC muscle - like you're trying to pee opposed to stopping the flow of pee which is the PC muscle) It's incredibly hard to work the BC muscle as it strains your whole body.
Please help me with this to the best of your knowledge and don't answer with non-useful input.
