  • searching a length routine

    hi guys, i would start a new length routine at the end of the week but don't have any idea of which one to choose.

    so if you have one who work please tell me or advice me on the existing routines.

    starting 18/05/15:

    nbpfl: 9.5 cm fg:9.5 cm bpfl: 10 cm

    nbpel: 15.5cm eg:13 cm bpel: 17 cm

    current 09/08/15:

    nbpfl: 10cm fg: 9.7 cm bpfl: 11 cm


    nbpel:15.8 eg:13.3 cm bpel: 17.6 cm

    What have you done so far, how long, how consistent and are you still gaining. We could use a little more information to help you out.

      stretching and jelqing for length and great if you are just starting out.
      Tell more information about what training you do as Cavalier said
      Starting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
      Goal: 8" x 6"

        howdy everybody,
        i started PE 1 year ago and always doing length routine. i try to be consistent during these year but in the same way i have take 13 pounds during this year so it will sure false my results but i honestly think i reach a plateau that's why i take a week off. nutrition is ok but still missing a good length routine so wait for your answer :-)

          Setup your length routine to cover everything.

          For Tunica lengthening:
          A-Stretches/V-Stretches
          Tunica Tugs
          For Ligaments:
          Heavy downward stretching like side-to-side stretches.
          Basic Stretches each direction
          For Internal:
          Internal Stretches

          This are all manual. Implement some of those stretches to cover everything & go. Rep amount i can't decide for you. Also try do your length routine after ejaculation sometimes, you will get a better stretch. Good luck.
          Starting Stats (2015-02-02): BPEL: 5.1 / MEG: 4 / BEG: 4.3

          BPEL: 6.6 / MEG: 4.9 / BEG: 5.5
