I remember once someone asked about videos of edging. And one guy posted an answer that the video would be porno so no, there are no videos. Because edging means stroking your penis and stopping before cumming. I call it masturbation with a twist.

Just read the PEGym website first and the forum. There are some good threads about both of those exercises. All you then need is to practice a lot! Take your time and start getting to know your cock and your body.
