Hey guys, I recently started hanging and I seem to be having some troubles. I first wrap with an adhesive bandage and then I use the convenient sock hanger I found in the forums. I use a nylon cable to secure the sock about a quarter inch from my glans. When I let the weight hang everything starts out just fine, but within the first minute I feel pain in my glans so i support the weight with a free hand til I no longer feel pain. I still do get a stretch but its obviously not like it would be if i didn't have to hold the weight up slightly. This seems to be happening because of the loose skin i have around my penis in the area that I wrap and fasten the sock around. My skin wants to pull down over my glans which totally does not feel good. So how can i fix this? I try to pull the skin back prior to wrapping but have no success as it's quite difficult to hold skin back with one hand, stretch my penis out with the other, unfortunately i dont have a third hand to wrap. I also have a feeling it might just be the poor quality of the hanger i choose lol a sock. So I am going to make a better device later this week, hopefully the wench if i can get the materials. Although it seems like even with a better hanger my skin is still going to want to pull past the glans. Could anybody give some advice on how to pull back the skin prior to wrapping? I know it should be such an easy thing but I just can't figure it out

Dear fisch 28,
I just read your post, and I am going to (BELOW) post something I posted to a similar argument earlier today with regard to hanging.
Pay attention to what I say about HEAD SWELLS, this is key...
Hey there, well I am glad you like your hanger. However, a personal friend of mine, (bigstick18 I think is his screen name here on PEGym) recently ordered one, broke it quickly, and sent it back.
He even bought the advanced bib-hanging system since he has been using an extender for over 5 years now. He really wanted it to work but he said it just couldn't handle the proper tension he needs to get gains, and he KNOWS whats up with stretching brother, let me tell you!
Now, this may not be the case with you, but I only mention this as a fair warning, and a recommendation to try an extender if hanging ends up not being for you.
Also, I might add that this same friend has stretched his penis well over a full 2 inches, solid, with no possibility of loss of gains. This is because of mitosis, or skin cell growth, the same principle behind hanging. I also use an extender and used it off and on for about two years (we both recommend right at 5 hrs a day) and saw a gain of about a full inch, so that is good.
However, being a weight training enthusiast for the last 10 years, I am now also a "firm" (pun intended) believer in PE. This is because I have, at times (including now) taken off from the gym for several months at a time, and I have noticed that alot of gains I made early on with bodybuilding just don't escape me, thank God, literally.
One thing! It is not good for your head to get cold, but with my extender I usually just put my hand on it to keep it warm, or a heating pad would be better. WHAT YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IS IF IT EVER GOES NUMB!!!
Now this happens to me all the time but the important part is to take of your device as soon as you notice it (another reason why an extender is better because actually touching your glans with enough force to tell how it feels will remove tension if you are using a hanger method).
ANOTHER THING!!! The one thing we (my friend and I) both agree on is that the one key to this type of stretching is getting and keeping what we call a "Head Swell" which I am sure you can understand. Your penis head gets and stays FULL of blood, and is like 3 times its regular flaccid size. If you don't get a head swell, then you really aren't getting anything out of the stretch in my (and bigstick18's) opinion, because you have no real "stop tension".
Hope this helps and good luck
