I'm no expert on you uncut guys, since I'm cut; but physiology alone would indicate to me that LAS is more effective for cut guys, since I do understand how the foreskin might be stretched but not the penis shaft for uncut guys, just due to the physics of the LAS exercise. Traction wrapping might help, but I think I'd stick with hanging or trying an extender for longer-term stretches, if I was uncut. To me, that seems like a better approach for uncut guy's physiology. Otherwise, you might just end up with a saggy stretched foreskin, which could obviously be both unattractive and problematic during sex.

I take a lot of time getting myself positioned to do these. Like you said my unit is going to pull back at least a little when I finally sit, so I try to maximize the pressure I put on it while I am sitting. A real key is having whatever maximum size flaccid hang you have available at the time you are going to exercise. If need be apply heat to get your max size. When I grab my unit I actually violate a PE rule - I pull it until it hurts. By doing this I know I have it as stretched out as it is going to get. In addition, I pull it for several seconds before starting to sit. I want that stretched flaccid to be as far out there as is possible. Next I take my other hand and push down at the base of my penis and pubic bone area in order to help keep it from pulling back out. Once I have all of that going I make sure I am positioned over my chair before starting to go down. When my butt hits the chair I want it right where it's supposed to be, because moving around will allow your johnson to pull back even more. I sit down from my front to my back. I don't sit down all at once, and I don't get my backside down first either. By getting my front down that helps lock my penis in place. I continue to pull hard then until I am finally completely down. My unit still pulls back a little, but by having it as stretched out as I do, it is still stretched out pretty well and is applying a lot of pressure to my upper ligs. The whole key to this exercise is stressing your upper ligs. Over time, once you have stretched them, some of your inner penis becomes exposed while in the flaccid state - and voila!!! - you have a longer flaccid hang.

I'd recommend exhausting other options before considering this move, only to very advanced trainees familiar with their training tolerances. As with any new exercise, it should be eased into slowly. Exercise form and the feel of the exercise are going to be even more important for a movement like this one.

Great article, however do you have a tutorial of a good explanation of whats exactly "bundled LAS'S" and how to perform them? And is it only for girth or could i use it if my goal is length?

Gonna chime in. I'm uncut and I have no problem with LAS stretches. I'm holding one right now. Take your time in grasping and then sitting, make sure your balls are out from under you and are sitting nicely in front of your gooch. I get extreme discomfort doing this if I do not stretch my balls out in front of me after sitting. I also pull back the foreskin grasp an inch below the glans just like with a regular stretch but then when I pull and apply pressure to my shaft does not overly retract. I have never completed this stretch at 100% efficiency, I always lose some of the stretch in the transition.
