I have been trying to tell people for months now of the amazing benefits bundled LAS's provide and the reason they are so effective. I am now pretty much in a maintenance only PE routine so I only do UJ's and UV's perhaps twice a week, or less. However, I continue to do both Bundled LAS's and Bundled Fowfers on a pretty regular basis, because I can do them while doing other things. I am already sitting at my computer, so doing some Bundled LAS's doesn't require I stop what I am doing or setting time aside to do them.
I always emphasize that I am not a medical person, just a guy like most of you who has gotten into PE. Unlike many people though, I find myself often times looking outside the box. Jelqing is a great exercise, but my adaptations to them which resulted in UJ's and UV's are, in my opinion, far superior. The same holds true with LAS's. By taking that simple, easy to do exercise and adding bundling to it, turns a real nice exercise into a great one. Again, the reason bundling is so effective in my opinion is that almost every PE exercise is one dimensional. Pumping blows your cells up and keeps them that way in a very uniform manner. Jelqing pushes a lot of blood in your cells uniformly, then the blood is pushed out. Put on a cock ring and you increase the cell sizes, but once more, in a very uniform manner. Bundling though puts unbelievable strain on those very same cells, but in a more three dimensional manner. You probably jelq nearly the same way every time you do them, but when you bundle/twist your shaft it's different every time. The cells are being squeezed and stretched in all kinds of different directions. Just like a lifter who doesn't change up his routine will eventually start to see slower gains because of muscle memory, I believe the same thing can happen with smooth muscle cells. If every time you exercise them they are manipulated in the same manner, they too can come to "know" what you are doing to them. Bundling throws that "knowledge" right out the window. Over time I strongly believe that your smooth muscle cell membranes become permanently fatigued from bundling and the result is that when you do your normal jelqing exercises a greater percentage of blood is forced into your cells because their membranes are weakened. More blood into your cells results in those cells blowing up even more than before, and it is this increase in those cells that eventually lead to cell size increase - more girth!!!
I did my UV routine today, and prior to starting I sat on my unit bundled for perhaps 45 minutes to an hour. I then started my routine as soon as I finished doing it. All I can say is that it was amazing. Both during my routine and afterwards my penis simply exploded from the exercise. I have an awful lot of girth anyways, but looking at myself afterwards is just short of amazing compared to my normal size. Fully erect I am at 6 1/2" meg, but after my 30 minute UV workout today, and hour afterwards at perhaps 50% erection level (can't get fully hard because I work it real hard and it is fatigued), I am at just under 7" meg. That's with carefully measuring myself for maximum accuracy.
I am absolutely convinced that if guys with less girth than I tried doing these bundled exercises both before a workout and throughout the week, and didn't change another single thing in their routines, would see a huge jump in improvement. Going to copy and past your post into a document so that I can reference it after I finish the routine I am currently doing, as I am still making gains.
I believe that what you have shared will help me out a great deal once I have "plateaued" on my current routine!!

You get almost .5" expansion after a workout? Thats insane. Even when I clamp as tight as possible, I only get .25, maybe .3" expansion. Thats with 2 clamps as tight as I can get them. After a jelq session, and I often do UJs, I dont really see any expansion.
It's strange. I started at 5meg and I would clamp to 5.5meg. Now Im 5.25meg, maybe slightly more and I still only hit 5.5meg when clamping, let alone just from jelqing.
I wish my clamped girth would expand more so I knew I had potential growth coming.
Ill give these bundled LASs a go and see what happens.

The nearly 7" is obviously temporary but it hangs around for a few hours after my jelqing sessions. While my wife has no trouble handling me either vaginally or orally even though she is not a big woman, I can't enter those pearly gates without first knocking!!! Just like a wife who doesn't realize how big her husband is compared to other guys because she sees his junk all the time, I don't think about whether other women would have a difficult time handling me because my wife doesn't have any problems with it.

I have to assume that my girth makes gaining length nearly impossible - at least for me. Early on I gave up doing length focused PE because 1) I found myself extremely bored standing there stretching it this way and that, and 2) after putting in hours I was gaining very little length. On the other hand I have good length anyways so I am sure as hell not complaining. In a perfect world I would have enjoyed gaining an inch, but it isn't a perfect world!!!

I actually had my girth to 6.25 " but the partner did not like it so maintaining around 6". On the other hand she is fine with 8" length so a bit more there would be ok . However gaining length without girth is a difficult thing.

Interesting....rare in my experience that a women is fine with 8+in length but doesn't like more girth. 6.25" is quite a bit though.
I have the opposite problem. Getting close to 7" NBPEL (maybe 7.5-7.75 BPEL) and my gf can't take certain positions but girth wise I really want more and I could tell she would like it (currently at 5.375 UEG and BEG but 5.125 MEG)Last edited by Pumped340; 02-18-2016 at 09:09 PM.
