  • Help with length

    My penis won´t get longer :/ It feels like i have tried everything i a whole year now
    I will not give up but it feels hopeless right now!

    The good news is that i have started to feel more expansion when i jelq. Plus that i jelq with at lower erection level!
    And also feel more stretch when i do manual stretching!

    If anyone has some good advice i would be happy!

      I have been dedicated but i maybe should stick to a routine for longer then i do! I change my routine often!

        probably a good idea then you can porgress on the routine and intensifi it, in my opinion consistancy is key, have you got a log?

          Yes i think ill try to stick with a solid routine. Yes i have a log. but it´s not updated so much :/

            I agree with hardcore, you need to stick on a routine for a few months MINIMUM before you should think about changing it, even then you should only add one maybe two exercises.

              How long have you been PE'ing for?

              For the first months the main priority is conditioning yourself for more advanced exercises. Try and stick to one routine for 3 months. I recommend JP's.

              For length you may want to look (after you've conditioned yourself) at a more stretch-based routine.

                I have been PEeing for almost a year with some month off. I started with JP. I just have a hard time getting length

                  only 2 ways to get length, realistically:

                  1. Years and years of regular PE
                  2. Hanging (see Bib)

                  which is why I subscribe to the second one...
                  6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
                  10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
                  12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
                  6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)

                    ZIxo,
                    I am guessing that you had a haotic routine. Maybe you even tried some intense exercises/tehniques.
                    Eather way I would thake a breake from PE for a couple of weeks. Forget about PE this time, then start nice and clean.
                    Start over with a short routine, Based on stretching if you wan't lenght especialy.
                    For exemple: start with Stretches 30sec x 5 directions + 25jelqs. Then every week(even month), as long as your PI's are positive, add 30sec on each strech and 25 jelqs.
                    In six months will look like Stretches 3min x 5directions(15min total) + 150jelq.

                    It may not seem much, but simple and stady will get you the prize.

                    Also check out the 'Succees Forum' for people stories, PE routines and especialy their state of mind.
                    Decide yourself which routine you will fallow and go with it!

                        Try out DLD's beginenr routine - works great for length ..
                        scythe how also on this site gained 0.75 in 3weeks - and im starting to se gains after some weeks to ..
                        look into that .. its a good routine ..
                        i would also advice you to buy a All Day Stretcher like i did - i love wearing it.. and it stretch the penis all the time you wear it .. wich is the esens of lengt gains - loooong time under tension ..

                        also try to jelq before you stretch - with some re warm up in between ... give ME a much better stretch ..
                        try it out ..

                          Zico, what is your BPFSL, knowing this and the difference between your BPFSL and BPEL will determine what you limiting agent is, thus making you focus on it!
