I have on-off jelqed for around 2 months, having stopped for a month due to injury. I'm looking for people's opinion of my routine.

- 5 minutes flaccid bathmate in the shower building to max pressure
- Remove bathmate, perform 25 jelqs with a kegal clench between each rep
- 5 minutes semi-erect bathmate building to max pressure
- Remove bathmate, perform 25 jelqs with kegal clenches
- 5 more minutes fully erect bathmate, building to max pressure

Before my month off i was doing this 2 days on 1 days off but with more jelqs. I hope to reach a point where I'm doing 60/70 between the bathmate as well as 6 minute periods using the bathmate. That is as long as everyone thinks its a good workout. Cheers!
