I Understand that and A-Stretch is essentially a downward fulcrum. Can/are you supposed to do fulcrums in all directions, i.e. up down left right?
Can anyone recommend a basic fulcrum stretching manual routine?

I do them 3-ways. left, down, & right. I use my thumb to create the fulcrum and slide my thumb along the entire shaft. I follow them up with bundled SO stretches. Then I use my extender. Yea, this doesn't take long and I can tell it is working.
Edit: It appears that I am doing a modified a-stretch.

I should clarify. I don't hold it I do reps by starting at the base and ending at the glans. I move the fulcrum. I want the entire shafts fatigued.
