    Stretching, jelqing and Bathmate for 11 months.

    Started at 6 1/2 - 6 5/8 L x 5 1/2 G.
    By month 7 reached 7 1/2 x 6.
    Nothing month 8 so I changed my routine and intensity.
    Month 11 lost size! 7 1/4 x 5 7/8.

    So for the last 4 months of training I gained nothing but lost 1/4"!!
    WTF?
    Maybe I'm at my full potential physically and my PE is done.
    Suggestions?

    I would rest a week and then go back to what brought the great gains. The old way worked great obviously. You may have gotten slack about doing it like it was your first week ever , which caused you to change what was working without realizing. Sometimes small changes kill the gains or cause them.
    You said you upped the intensity. That did not work obviously.
    Try doing it like in the beginning for a couple of weeks , and see if it turns it around. If it doesn't , I would try a new routine .
