    I've been PE'ing fairly religiously for a while now, and I'm pretty sure I'm due a deconditioning break. The problem is I'm not sure how to go about it without resetting all my gains.

    To explain: Early on in my "career" I gained .4 which seems to be there for good. Everything I've gotten beyond that seems to vanish into thin air as soon as I take a longer break.

    My current routine consists of 30-45 mins of multi-directional stretches (3-4 minute holds with progressive intensity) and 20-30mins of ujelqs. I've been on this regimen for around 2.5 months, and I'm currently looking at a 0.4" gain in length and probably a little bit in girth (CS feels fuller, anyway, especially at the base). In the past I've gained the same in length many times, but it's never "stuck". I've been working on the theory that the looong stretches should give more durable results, but that's yet to be proven.

    My last decon break was 15 months ago. Anyone have any good ideas on how I should ease into a decon? I'm fairly close to my length goal, and would love to tone down the stretches and focus more on girth.

    Taper down in volume (reps & time) but not intensity (force) of your enlargement work over a period of four weeks or so. Your stamina work should still be progressive or at least in maintenance mode during this time.

    Once you're done with your break, you can resume with a short reconditioning program, and then proceed to a "girth only" type regimen for several weeks to isolate and accelerate gains in that area.
