After the edging. I prefer to a "warm"-down.
Yes. At points I feel as if it's almost as important as the warm-up. It's a key component to a full routine.
Adding cold in the form of a cool down can be beneficial after a particularly stressful session- or if you're sore. Alternating 1 minute of heat with one minute of cold for a total of 5 cycles (10 minutes) should have a beneficial effect.
