right I work all day on my own in an office and I live alone now I don't want to be OTT obv and cause injury or have a freaky cock but if theres things I can do or buy please lead me in the right direction
after starting again im now past 90 days conditioning so anything I can incorporate with my gains from jelqing ie a pump but theres so much conflicting info
I live in the UK
ie perhaps LAS on and off whilst I sit at my computer at work? etc etc
