Thread: How to start again?

Hey,
as you may know, i had a week off from PE. I knew i will have to start at lower intensity, but i tried ULIs yesterday and i felt discomfort doing them. I would like to start with jelqing and light streching and i'm asking for any advice how to start again.
My penis is definately longer after rest, but i can feel that it is harder too. Its like tunica had toughtened in rest period, because when im fully errected i can feel the pressure on the walls.

I am off 1 week. But I'm taking 2 weeks. Start with light stretching and 5 min jelqs. Just keep adding every session. Should be back on full in a few weeks.
