Not a fan of rest "days" per se ... whenever my body tells me I need to back off, I'll do so then. But until that time, I engage in some type of PE every day (I pump try to pump at least once a day, if not twice and I try to stretch/hang every other day). I figure my cock gets plenty of rest when I'm asleep and in those periods between sessions during the day when I'm not actively engaged in PE. If you stay sensible about it, it shouldn't hamper EQ or anything.

What do you consider your body telling you to back off? I think many people can interpret negative PI's differently.
I've heard some people say that if you can get an erection and nothing else is terribly wrong you should work out. My opinion is that if i'm feeling slightly fatigued or my erection isn't quite 100% then I should let me penis heal( aka grow).
Chances are i'm going to change my theories a lot in my PE career, even if it's just to keep the body guessingStarting(1-4-2016):

You're right - your mindset will change as you continue with PE and your body gets more acclimated to the exercises and other stuff that you do. When I started, I was pretty firm in taking off days; as things went along, I found that the need for rest days wasn't as vital as they were in the beginning and that I could go longer and harder without any effect on EQ or anything else.
So what do I consider my body telling me to back off? It all boils down to feeling:
Is my head into it?
Is my cock into it?
Does my cock have an physical signs of fatigue?
Do I need to take a day in order for the skin to rest a bit?
All of those are the types of questions that run through my head. Sometimes, the rest days are forced due to work travel, when I'm away with my girlfriend (which doesn't necessarily translate to rest since I've found over the years that you can engage in PE at the same while you're having sex - maybe that's not a revelation for most guys, but that's a topic for another post), or if there simply wasn't time in a day to get in a session due to a hectic schedule. All of those are reasons why I don't schedule any breaks - you tend to get them in one way or another.Last edited by GTO; 03-24-2016 at 08:19 AM.
