My balls get sucked right up to the base of my penis pretty much any chance they get, whether it's during an erection or when it's cold.. They try to burrow their way into my pelvis.
This has quite a big effect on how large my penis appears to be compared to if they were hanging nice and low.
Has any particular kind of PE or any specific method allow you guys to overcome this issue?

RBI99 has a great thread somewhere in the gym that talks about that. Look it up. He goes into stretching and several different methods. Also, I pump my balls, both for length stretch as well as for size, and it's paid off great. I've yet to move on to weights but that's in the very near future.

Check out my URO stretch and balls stretcher advice in post #5 on the thread above^^^. I've had really good results with this for a number of years!

While not directly attributing to stretching your sack, doing fowfers or LAS keeps the skin relaxed thereby making the scrotum hang much lower.

Thanks for the replies guys but can anyone confirm that these practices did actually significantly help their balls hang lower?
I'm also wondering if the issue is different, if it's turtling, because my balls can hang very low at times they just seem to squeeze themselves right up to the base 90% of the time.

As mentioned above, scrotal stretching should do the trick. Be careful though! As you age, your scrotal skin may tend to stretch all on its own. Accelerating the process now might have drastic effects on your scrotum later as you get older.

Turteling, or carrying your balls high is not as healthy as having a pleasantly lower hang all day, IMO. Lower hanging balls are naturally cooler, which is healthier for sperm / testosterone production. Wearing a leather cuff will, over time, retrain & relax your cremaster muscles (surrounding male's balls). The cremaster muscles cause the involuntary turteling response during sex. exercise, "fight or flight response" and colder temperatures. By retraining them, to remain in a relax state, your balls will hang naturally lower, keeping them (and you) cooler & more comfortable. I'm not advocating stretching your scrotum to an absurdly long wrinkly sac hanging down below your penis half-way to your knees
. I'm just offering a solution that is comfortable and healthy for most guys as a solution to tight turteling balls.
I was introduced to wearing a leather cuff by my Urologist, when I suffered a testicular torsion injury playing sports (football, baseball, hockey & swimming) in HS. He gave me the URO stretch exercise detailed above, too. While my balls never turteled before my injury, I had pretty low hangers for a 16 year old, and the cuff was a healing therapy to keep my balls straight and train my cremaster muscles to relax, preventing my balls from twisting. I've been wearing my cuffs for years, and my hang is comfortable and relaxed 24/7. I believe my balls are both larger and healthier as a result of wearing my cuff, PLUS the URO stretch.Last edited by jockinthebox; 03-26-2016 at 02:26 PM.

I have been pumping and extending for over six years and one of the side effects of thes exercises is that my balls now unexpectedly hang lower. This probably happened because the devices pull in scrotal skin.
