Hi,
Can someone please post their stretch routine. I'm mostly into gaining length. Been doing some stretches like Ruler stretch and Mandingo stretch. I have more concern on should I stretch everyday or give it a break sometimes? Thanks.

About 1 month now. Can you give me some advice on what I can or should do to gain more length. I do alot of stretching mostly

Best advice is to slow down. PE takes time, you can't rush it. Go to the START HERE! link at the top of the page and start with one of the beginner routines in there. You can't expect to see the gains you are looking for in 1 month.

Good advice above^^^! You're not yet conditioned, based on your post. Recovery from an injury takes longer than just progressing more slowly with less intensity. PE SAFELY and progress slowly, watching your EQ & PI"s to manage your PE!
