Thread: Easy length program
- 03-27-2016 #1
Hey all, I've known about PE for a while now, but have only started doing something for about a week now.
I've decided to stop JELQing and focus only on stretching, and i sometimes use my Bathmate as well.
Is stretching enough to achieve my goal? I don't mind if i don't gain any girth, i'm right now only after length.
Could i maybe get a length only routine i can do?
I've thought about ordering an extender, specifically the Andro Extender, but i first want to make gains manually just to prove to my self that i can.
cheers and happy Easter!Starting stats (15th March 2016):

You should start with one of the few beginner routines and stick to them just for the conditioning you get out of them.
Even though you want to gain length, jelqs are necessary. See it as an exercise that synergizes with and enhances other exercises..
Even though I have been jelqing for a few months now, I have only gained length and no girth.
In your intro thread I already guided you to a nice beginner routine, the one I used. I dont understand why you dont give that one a try.
If the routine is too long/intense for your needs, go lookup PESG's one.
Anyway, both of them are using jelqs. You might have scared yourself from jelqs by doing them wrong and causing pain or whatnot but thats on you. I am just guessing here because I see no other reason why you would want to stop jelqing.
Its the bread and butter exercise for PE imho...
I mean just look at this thread here:
Just search for the term "jelq" on that side. You will notice that it pretty much pops up everywhere!
Also, you should read this thread (and subthreads) entirely!
Btw, I dont think you should invest any money in devices.. at least not yet.
Do manual PE for a while; lets say if you see absolutely no gains for 6 months, only then, after re-evaluating your manual routine/technique, think about investing money into a device.
I would say if you are successfully gaining manually, invest into devices in minimum 2 years. The thing is, you might already have reached your goal by then, invalidating the need to buy any devices..⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BPEL/NBPEL⠀x MSEG/BEG

thanks ehlolol.
The true reason i wanted to not do jelqs isn't pain, never felt any pain. i just keep feeling that my ball-sack is so close to the base of my penis that i can't fully close my OK grip at the base, but have to go a couple of inches away from the base before i can close, and by then i've almost reached my head. this problem is even worse because i'm uncut so my skin moves around a lot.
I'll start doing the full routine as you suggested though, hopefully this way of doing JELQs will be good enough.
cheers for the advice, and congratz on your gains.Starting stats (15th March 2016):

Yeah I had that problem too.. You cant do a proper OK grip at the absolute base.. but with it comes with time.
For the time being though, you can try the overhand grip, with which its much easier to grab the base..
Good luck, have fun and be careful⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BPEL/NBPEL⠀x MSEG/BEG
