I've just finished JP90 (5 on,2 off) with little to no gains and decided that maybe I need more intensity/ a change in exercises to grow. I'm currently taking a week off and am gonna start a new routine once the week is up.
For length, I was planning on doing maybe 3 sets of basic stretches where i stretch and hold my dick in 5 different directions for 30 secs. Then, do some bundled streches.
For girth, I would start off with dry jelqs, then squeezes, and finish off with some horse squeezes. I heard that horse squeezes are really intense, so maybe I can just do those for my girth work?
I'm also gonna switch to a 1 on, 2 off schedule.
What i wanna know is how many reps/sets of each exercise I should be doing and if you think it'll be enough? I've been PEing for 2 years now and feel like I can handle tougher exercises. I understand that I'm gonna have to figure out how much is too much for me at the end of the day, but since I haven't ever done most of these exercises I'd just like for someone who has done them to give me an idea of how much of each would be good to start off at. Thank you.

I recommend Big Al's Jelq Free Routine. It's possible you haven't gained because of overtraining or undertraining. I'm 6 months in with minimal gains and I worked out 5 times a week. Big Al's routine is 3x a week but is proven to be effective.
You could also up your intensity until you see negative PI's then back down and work from there.

I've tried the jelq free routine and that didn't work either. So, this is the routine i came up with:
1 on, 2 off
-5 Sets of basic stretches in every direction. Hold for 30 secs.
-1 set of Bundled stretches in each direction (30 secs).
-5 mins of dry jelqs.
-5 (10 sec) Squeezes
-3 30 sec Ulis
Warm down
Now,do you guys think this is too little or too much or fine?
It’s a typo, but means 3 days...
Anyone every try having rest days...
