Hey there Fellow PE-ers,
I'll be the first to admit I'm far from in shape. Currently at 200 lbs at 5'11 with some muscle mass. However, I have a significant fat pad on the base of my D. When I measure BPEL I'm a full inch longer!
In your experience, how much of that fat pad can I expect to lose if I start losing weight? I feel like I've got an inch in gains sitting right there, but is it realistic for me to lose all of it?
Thank you!

This varies so much person to person that it is hard to guide you .
An inch is fairly average though.

Lose it all? No...not unless you want to look like Christian Bale in The Machinist. Realistically, if you got down to say 10% bodyfat you might be able to get it down to 0.25-0.5" depending on genetics. Essentially, I'm in a similar boat to you, with a 1" (or slightly more) pad and being 5'8" at around 170 lbs.

I'm 6'1" at 200lbs. I have a little over 1" fat pad. Nobody would say Im fat, but the fat pad is still there. Oh well, I'll just make my dick bigger.

I think it's all genetics. Some people will get down to low percentages but still have a relatively big fat pad, but I am more then sure that if you are lower then 10%, you will for sure have a fat pad less than 1 inch unless you have excess skin or something like that.

Thing is can't loose just the fatpad.. Fat loss is over the whole body at the same rate, so says the theory.. Make a plan to drop pounds of fat will help, but like the others said.. Most will always have some there..

Even though genetics play a role, I don't think there's much difference between people. I'm currently <10% bodyfat and I have about a 0.7" fatpad.
It's never going to be as thin as the rest of your skin. I'd say a half an inch of fat pad is very good, I had that at one point but I was so lean it was unsustainable.Started

All I know is if I can ever get down to 10% or less BF and still have close to a 1" fat pad...I'm going to look into lipo or cool sculpting to get rid of it. 0.25-0.5" of fat pad I'd be ok with.

10% bf is very low. You should be very defined and should see every ab you have. Even 12% looks good if you have muscle. But very low bf doesnt look that good with no muscle mass. Oh well, I don't really care all that much.
