So I'm pretty in shape and have a very low body fat percentage. I was wondering about when I measure boned pressed length, do I just lightly place the ruler on my skin or actually press? Because from what I've read pressing is for people who have a little more fat in that area but I have little to none. Any suggestions?

Pressing it into your pubic bone is the BPEL measurement. Don't jab it in put shove it so it touches your pubic bone with no pain. Lightly pressing would be BPEL but it wouldn't be accurate as you aren't measuring your full penis. Lightly pressing would more reflect your NBPEL, but if you want to measure that, then just measure your penis without pressing at the point where it's visible to your eyes.

As far as I know you have to press the ruler until it doesn't move anymore. No matter if you are fat or in shape. If you don't press or just lightly place the ruler on your skin you're measuring your nbpel

It's in the name. (Non-) Bone Pressed Erect/Flaccid Length. No matter if you're 3% or 30% bodyfat, a Bone Pressed measurement is when you press the ruler against the pubic bone. None Bone Pressed is when you just have the ruler against your skin not applying any inward pressure.

Use BPEL for tracking your PE progress. Measuring NBPEL will not give you the consistency of BPEL.
