On this site i was reading about how the men who masturbated more had less gains than men who masturbated less. Is this true, if i masturbate less does this mean that i will get more gains?

Yes and no. Depends on when you do. This is all opinion, I believe, but the way I do it is this:
1. Not before a workout. As in 3-5 hours.
2. Afterwords is fine (but I edge)
3. Not good to let the pipes clogg, so if you feel horny and nothing can distract you from it, just jack it.
4. Blood in penis = good, so it can't hurt
5. Just edge instead of masturbating. Feels better, and is better for your PE efforts.
6. Blue balls = painful.
So yeah, very debated. I just follow that, and it hasn't hurt me. I don't know if I would have gained more had I not been jacking off, but I haven't not gained, so I don't think it really matters.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
