Shilajit

Has anybody here used Shilajit to increase testosterone and/or semen volume? If so, can you give any comments on its effectiveness? I have read one or two studies that demonstrate its effectiveness in e.g. rats and impotent males.

If you haven't heard of it, look it up. It's actually quite fascinating just to learn about it... apparently it's not known if it's of biological or geological essence.

I have tried it, is mostly an antioxidant. No difference in cumshot. The only thing it has worked for my load is the recipe I posted here before.
