Thread: What are you doing for length?

I am more length oriented than anything. But I am having trouble finding a clean exercise to do.
I can't seem to recall this exercise I am doing now, its basically where you use both hands on the shaft and the other on the glans and you stretch.
But each day that goes by, it just becomes more painful and not "stretching" like anymore.
So I am looking to see what else other people find going good for them.

If you are streching outwards, try to strech down only. It will effect on suspensory lig.

Bundled stretches worked for me to break a plateau and I gained a good amount of length with them. Start off slow with them, they can be very intense.

OP are you doing the Tension stretch? Or do you seriously have two hands for your shaft and a spare one for the glans?
Bundled stretching
Stretching downwards(not A-Stretch) are both good to gain length.
Also make sure you don't just do your routine and let your penis shrink back up. Hold that elongation for as long as possible. Do quick two to five minute stretches every couple hours or so. Stretch a bit again before bed. Fowfer. Use a wrap or an ADS device. Don't get caught up in exercises. Exercising is a portion of the work. The rest of the work comes from healing properly.

You say you should keep it elongated for as long as possible? That means when my penis shrinks sometimes during the day , that is contraproductive?
You also say to stretch every couple hours for 2-5 minutes and also before bed. But 5 minutes is a lot of time, when you do that several times a day that is even 20 minutes + the actual PE routine , that is around 20-30 minutes , that is a lot of work.....and you say rest is important. Dont you think a high frequency like that would hinder gains? Or maybe its a good thing? Im really curious, so Im just asking.
Also do you think its really a must to have a wrap or a ADS? I dont want to buy one.
