Be gentle. Its called conditioning. Go slow. Maybe 5 min or 25-50 jelqs. Keep adding more every week. A shrinking dick is a bad PI. Read up about PI'S in the Start Here section at the top of the page.
As a beginner, you should be coming away from your workouts refreshed and with higher EQ. You might want to seriously revise your training- as suggested above.
