Ok so Ive done the JP 90 (awesome) and then for a while I worked on some of Jelq Free routine by Big Al (Legendary). Currently im working on the following Intermediate / Advanced routine
No warm up (dont have time and I dont think it makes much difference)
Length First:
10-15 in all day stretcher (ESL40) - this acts as a kind of warm up
10 minutes various manual stretches (1 minutes holds of each of the following)
straight out
down
up
left
right
a-stretch (2x) changing hands each time
under leg stretch (2x) changing legs each time
1 minute of slow helicopter stretch - slow and making sure i get the ligs nice and loose (30 seconds, change direction)
Girth second (here is where it gets intense)
My new thing is that i combine clamped edging (thanks Jackxxx) and Ultimate jelqs Here is how is goes:
30 seconds get 100% erect and apply clamp
2 + 1/2 minutes of edging with clamp (then remove clamp)
2 minutes jelquing (mix it up with Ultimate Jelqs Ultimate V-Jelqs, helicopter jelqs & moto jelqs (Awesome!)
This is one set. I currently do 5 sets i plan to add a set every month. This girth routine is really effective in that blood is pressurized during the clamped edging and then dynamically moved through the various chambers and vessels of the pween, by means of slow quality jelqs! Moving back and forth between the two techniques, is like crossfit for woodrow wilson
Stamina - I'll be back!! (arnold voice)
40 minutes of edging - I try to never edge to porn. If I cant resist I challenge myself by first getting 100% erect prior to turning on the porn.
Closing ceremonies - basic helicopter, dick slapping, and misc abuse to "my little friend" (scarface voice)
And finally - Photo session to record results

Forgot to mention i do 4 days on in a row then rest for 3days. This is recommended by my trainer who was taught by Joe gold. He says 3 days is essential because you need 2 days to recover And 1 day to grow. So if you jump back into training to early you don't gain any benefits of growth

Hands Are washed with disinfected soap. Lubriderm daily moisture lotion for jelgs. And kegals thought the entire session. I use a cloth insulated guitar amp cable for the clamp
