    Hi,
    What are some best excercises in an erect stage, plz share your thoughts. Towel raises are for pc muscle strengthning, right? What other erect excercises are out there especially for length gains??.

    If you haven't completed your 90 days of conditioning then don't attempt any erect exercises now. You are correct, towel raises are for strengthening the PC muscle. You should start off with kegels first. Overworking the pelvic floor can create problems.

    Erect exercises also help stretch the tissues- even if it's done as a part of stamina-based training. These are mainly geared towards girth and EQ, but some length benefits can be seen.

    For isolating length, stretches performed mostly nerect would be your best bet.
