    I know the information is probably in here somewhere but I can't find it. I just started really committing to PE and have had awesome results. I stretch throughout the day and jelq and stretch in shower. I've been practicing reverse kegels and am much more conscious of relaxing the pelvic floor throught the day although I find myself very tense down there when I'm not conscious of it. This has led to excellent gains in stamina and the newbie gains are great. My problem is turtling. I have always been turtled as long as I can remember. I go from turtled(like 1") to semi to hard (7.25 bpel). I'm never just good soft hanging flaccid and I hate it. Since starting PE I wake up with a good plump heavy flaccid that feels so heavy it wakes me up but soon as I'm awake...turtle. I really want that fully relaxed soft but heavy flaccid feel throughout the day. Even after jelqing the plump engorged feeling only lasts until I pull my pants up. Any suggestions? Arginine, pumping, anything? I tried a wrap the other day and I had to wrap too tight or it turtled under, by time it was tight enough it was cutting circulation too much. Before PE the head was cold allot and the jelqing has helped that so at least it's warm throught the day but I hate the tiny turtle head poking straight out. It's noticeable in basketball shorts. I've switched to boxers which has helped comfort wise but still no luck in the hang down.

    Ditto. Exactly. I have bought and am wearing the Stealth, which helps. But once I take it off, especially with tight underwear, it happens again. Would love to know if it is something that can be trained.

    If your balls turtle too, check out my thread above^^^. The cremaster muscles surrounding our testicles is primarily responsible for the involuntary contractions that results in tight and uncomfortable testicles. There might also be a relationship to this involuntary contraction of the testicles and the penis, since many guys who complain of their balls turteling have turtled penis' as well.

    Is there a large discrepancy between your BP and NBP lengths? A large fat pad can contribute to a more turtled appearance.

    How does taking a few days off affect you?

    Something that should counter that would be to perform light bouts of jelqing throughout the day. If you're stretching throughout the day instead, the continual fatigue might be cumulative.

    My fat pad is maybe 3/4". I'm a firefighter and in fairly good health. The turtling is something that has been happening since I was a teenager. Having said that...I think I found part of the culprit...nicotine. I stopped tobacco for about a week a saw good results. Seems nicotine and hydration were affecting me more than I realized. It didn't completely fix it but definitely helped. I'm thinking fatigue is the cause of the remaining issues.

    Nicotine could be a factor. Fatigue- also a factor- there's no getting around that but rest.

    Some men are just "growers". There's training you can do to mitigate that to some degree, and making your your EQ is as high as possible should allow you to counter any negatives which might contribute to turtling.
