Thread: Losing my hope

Ive been doing a Newbie routine for 1.5 months now, with 5min warm. 10 min stretch and 10 min dry jelq.
2 on 1 off.
I wasnt expecting big gains, but all i needed was a gain for atleast 0.05 inches so i could atleast see that it works. But none! I was skeptical before i started but jeez am i more skeptical now...

Gains guys make in the beginning are called newbie gains. These gains are mostly the result of improved EQ. If you already have great EQ then you will not see these type of gains. PE takes time, 1 1/2 months is a very short period. Be patient and consistent and you will start to see gains.
You need to start increasing the time spent on stretching and jelqing. That routine was a good starting point but you should be slowly adding to it over time.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Im going to screw girth for a while and focus length. What can I do for length If stretch for 10 minutes isnt enough? Add JAI's or what?

In 2015, i'v do JP90 for 1.5month and see no result, then i moved to hanging, after another month see no result at all and i gave up. This year i started again, and suprise! I saw that i gain arround 0.7cm only after 1 week hanging. So last year it did gain but it take rest time to gain.
So you should never give up! I am haing everyday now and i belive i will gain another cm in 3months.

Were you performing any stamina exercises?

What do you mean by that? Edging and kegeling? Then yea, i edge some. I have for some unknown reason done kegels since i got my first bonecr so my pc muscle is strong.
I didnt write down my excercises but i did 5warm / 10 min stretch/ 10 min girth jelqs.
What do you think of 5warm/12min stretch/3 min Rotary stretch with 3 days on and 2 days off?

I also tried mandingo stretches (i know i need to be experienced.) But i didnt seem to make them work, i think my bpfsl is too long, its like 8.2". Is there anything i can do about it?

Edging and kegeling- yes.
Vigorous sexual activity would also quality as stamina work. IMO, you'd be better off if you focused on counting reps instead of time for your enlargement exercises. Above all, make sure you have the feel and form of the exercise correct before you embark on adding reps. The first workout(s) should serve as a baseline session to work up from. You should be logging your workouts, your EQ stats, regular notes, and measurements (the last performed every couple of weeks or as needed).
Regarding the stretch, experiment with different length exercise until you find one that gives you the best stretch. The majority of the tension should be felt towards the base of the penis- where the ligaments are.Last edited by Big Al; 04-21-2016 at 11:04 AM.
