  • Things change as time goes by

    Hi!

I noticed a weird thing during my first year I was much more into measuring like it was my monthly or every second month type of deal.

Now 2 years in I have changed my perspective and look at it in more long term. It's not anymore how much I will gain in 1-3 months. It has changed into how much I can gain in 1-5 years or so.

Just staying consistent is important and making sure you still up the intensity. I never thought that I was small or anything but due to watching porn in big dick category that made me curious to be bigger. So instead of wanting results now or with in one month I guess adopt a longer term approach I feel like it is healthier.

Now I measure when I feel like it but like to give it time. I find this whole penis enlargement so cool. I mean you can make it bigger with your hands or by using a device. I find it to be comforting type of thing , arousing and just awesome.

Who knows how much you will gain and at what rate all you can do is do your research, educate yourself and stay consistent with it while , upping the intensity when needed.

PE is a bit hard if you do it purely for size and do not enjoy doing it. It was never that for me maybe at some points when I went a bit overboard with hanging but you need to find a healthy balance for other things outside of PE.

So all in all be glad that you found about this stuff and we all are impatient a bit but take your time and enjoy this stuff. Be also realistic with yourself and your goals and just keep in mind that it will still be bigger than you started with.

Do not forget about your body overall besides PE goals I personally want to have my abs visible and focuse more on working out and have better physique combined with PE stuff.

I guess my question is that has someone had similar thoughts or change in their approach to PE or measuring?

After my first year of heavy dedication i didn't felt like i had a "goal" anymore. My goal was to finish that first year no matter what. I was adding everything to my log with reps and days etc.

Now after 1 year i'm very laidback, i don't write anything in a log anymore and i do it however i want with no specific routine, as long as i do it something it's fine for me. I still measure almost everytime i edge to keep track of every single change. But i'm not as strict anymore. I usually do PE every other day, and edge almost everyday if i'm not busy.
    Starting Stats (2015-02-02): BPEL: 5.1 / MEG: 4 / BEG: 4.3

    Current Stats (2017-01-02):
    BPEL: 6.6 / MEG: 4.9 / BEG: 5.5

My perspective on PE changed in a similar fashion. At the beginning I must admit I was quite frustrated when I didn't fast results and that even led to injury once. I was seeing PE strictly as an obligation and at times I had no desire to do it at all. However, I slowly started realizing more and more that PE should be viewed as something long-term, a marathon if you will. Similarly to you, with time I found some sort of enjoyment in it. In the beginning I focused only on penis enlargement but after more than a year I gradually started paying more attention to stamina and EQ. I adopted a much more laid-back approach and started to like it. As it turned out, EQ and stamina exercises have the most noticeble effect for me personally and without knowing it I gained both in terms of length and girth because of them, and I progressed away from the plateau that bothered me for some time. I realized that when one is consistent and patient, and does what he must to achive his goals, good things come without the need to force them, haha. In terms of measuring I don't do it that often now, but when I do, most of the time I am pleasantly surprised. I guess that I will stay a PEer for life! By the way, sorry if my English is akward at times, it is not my mother tongue

Great post! I feel the same, I am at a point where my gains have slowed significantly, almost to the point of no gains it seems at times. I keep going because I enjoy it.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Great perspective, which is similar to mine. PE is not a race, it is a lifestyle. The approach needs to be long-term. Good luck on your gains!

PE for me has always been about penis health. Better EQ was my focus from the start to ward off potential ED later in life. Yeah, I've had some nice gains in both length & girth as a result, but they were never "goals", just an added "bonus", which was a nice incentive to continue! PE, like a healthy gym workout, should be a part of every guy's weekly routine to maintain your body and perform at maximum efficiency physically. The benefits are not only physical but psychological as well, once you're into it, so it just naturally becomes a healthy alternative to wasting free time otherwise. It truly is a lifestyle enhancement every male should practice. No different than working out in the gym. It just takes commitment, persistence & time to gain & maintain results!
