    Routine: 30 second stretching - Up, down, left, right, middle
    5 minute bath mate
    5 minute jelq
    Repeat the 5 minute sessions 4 times for a total of 20 minutes

    1 day on 1-2 days off

    My question is after my 20 minute session of jelqing and bath mate, can I start a clamping session right after for 5-10 minute sessions 2-3 times ?

    Would that be safe? I've done PE, getting close to two years now.

    I just don't want to over-work my penis.

    Hey!

    I've only been at this stuff for 6 months. 2 years consistent? If so, I don't think you'll be overtraining

      Well almost 2yrs now anyway but close enough yea. When I first started PE, I went straight pump and nothing else for like the first year. Then I incorporated stretching and later on after that I added jelqing. The routine I mentioned above I just recently started doing. The reason I was kind of worried about over training is due to the fact that I've never ever clamped before so starting something new I just wanted precautions. So then, I should be okay? Should I clamp after or before my jelq and bath mate sessions?
