I'm about to jelq ,but I wanna try something new before I do. I'm in my 3 week and this my routine:
warmup (Hot Wash Cloth 10 mins)
penis stretching (straight,left,right,up,down 10 mins)
Jelq: first day back (30 mins)
second day (35-40 mins)
Warm down(Hot Wash cloth 10 mins)
Also any comments or suggestions on my routine?

So you want to add something to your routine? I think you should remove something instead mate. First day 30 minutes of jelqing and the second day, 35-40 minutes! In my opinion that's too much in the beginning. If you don't like to count reps (I don't count reps, only minutes), maybe start with less minutes. That is your third week so you are still in the beginning.
I know I know, during my newbie period I did very long jelqing sessions. I was watching TV and jelqing through one House episode. But that was not during my first month. Rather the second and third! So decrease the time and focus on the quality of each jelq. Find the right grip (don't break an egg), erection level (around 40-70%) and speed (3-5 seconds).
Let me ask you mate, how is your cock feeling? Because if you are doing too much, he will tell you that for sure! So here the PIs come into play. Check them and keep monitoring them. Everyone of us is different and PE is very personal so I cannot know exactly how your cock is feeling about your treatment.
Personally I prefer a hot rice sock to a wash cloth so that would be also another thing I would change.

Yea i agree with elias on this, 30 min of jelqing is alot id say to do 10 min of normal jelqing then do some V jelqs i do about 90 and i love em there an amazing exersize.Nov 22 2011 BPEL- 7.25'' Girth 5.1''
