Please someone tell me how to do a lig pop. I've been jelqing on and off for about 2 years and Im not sure if Im squeezing hard enough. Do I squeeze until the point of were I can't take more. Also if I am erect and I push down will that cause a lig pop. Is there any damage or just pain. Mainly I need to know the amount of pressure I need to apply to see results. When stretching should I pull from the base or head. Does the skin stretching causes more gains or strictly the lig. Please give me a little knowledge in this area.

Same type of thing as ' popping your knuckles ', other than the noise....
All that penile ligament pops are is the ligament being forced over the pubic bone or surrounding tissue areas and a pop noise results.

I more recently experienced a lig pop for the first time. It happened when I was taking some time off PE. All,except I would pull on myself from time to time. I was pulling straight down and pop. Scared the shit out of me at first. I made a thread asking about it here on the forum. Weird thing is now that I'm back yo hanging and ADS it don't happen no more. It seems to happen during breaks from PE.8/2015 BPFSL 6.5" bpel 6.5" 5" meg.
9/2015 BPFSL 7.0". Bpel 6.75"x5.25"
11/2015 BPFSL 7.75". Bpel 7.25"x 5.25"
2/2016 BPFSL 8.0. Bpel7.5"x5.3"
Goal bpel 7.75" x 5.75
