    Its been 1 year since I started PE ago in june and probably made one of my first posts on this site. I did extender for about 8 or 9 months on and off, so probably 6 months total, then been using LGHanger for a little over 2 months now. Here are my gains. All will be bonepressed since thats the only reliable way to measure how much length you gained since nbp depends on fatpad.

    Before PE:
    BPEL: 8.1-8.2
    BPFSL: 8.6

    After 1 year:
    BPEL: 8.6-8.8(depending on how whether its before or after stretching).
    BPFSL: 9.6-9.8(depends on whether this is before or after stretching)

    My erect length gains in total were about half of what my FSL gains were. Is that normal? If so, how can I close that gap. I really want to have a bigger erect size. All the growth from PE has happened at the base, and not surprisingly, the weakest part of my erections are at the base. When I'm fully hard, the base seems just a bit more bendy than the midshaft/top.

    Jesus Christ dude you already have a massive dick LOL! I'm sorry I know i'm not really answering your quesiton, but could you possibly provide how you gained more than inch in FSL? I just made a post literally 30 seconds ago about how I was really concerned about my FSL which is only 4.25 inches so I was looking for ways to increase that about an inch, just as you did. Could you provide any info on how I could go on to do that? Thanks a lot and congrats on your FSL gains!

    Just buy a hanger, I bought an LG Hanger, its probably the best on the market. Do that, and then get an ADS. Do hanging sets every day, upwards for the tunica and downwards for the ligaments, then after your sets put on and ADS and keep it on all day besides when you're sleeping. Thats basically it. I used an extender for the majority of my career but i'd recommend not going for it. You can gain in other, more comfortable ways. I definitely don't miss how uncomfortable the xtender could be at times, and how much time I spend figiting with it.

    I used to only worry about FSL since its correlated to EL, but my EL really lagged behind my FSL and in all seirousness, all anyone here really cares about is having a bigger boner. So I need to fill in the gap now.

    add some girth exercise to your routine and edging jelqing, uli, or pumping

    I would be more than happy with what you have gained. t seems to me that you beat the hardest part which is Septum length gains. Thats where Im stuck. All you have to do now is mostly erect exercises and jelqing. Your length potential is there already, now you just gotta fill it up.

    Could you say what ADS you're using? I've been wanting to purchase one, but it is hard to know which work best. It seems like your PE equipment is doing a great job! Cheers
