i am new to pegym..please help with my doubts
I am in trouble..i am 24 who want gains but i do not get them easily..i started with JP's beginner routine and found a little gain after 1 week but i lacked morning wood and my eq dropped..i read somewhere that good morning woods are the key to enlargement..i rested for few weeks until my morning wood restored and started the routine again with low intensity but then to i lost morning woods and eq again and also lost my gains..
how can i get gains,morning woods and improved eq at the same time?
are morning woods necessary for assuring growth?
how much should i rest?
please help me..i want to grow it this year atleast by an inch.
