I am in trouble..i am 24 who want gains but i do not get them easily..i started with JP's beginner routine and found a little gain after 1 week but i lacked morning wood and my eq dropped..i read somewhere that good morning woods are the key to enlargement..i rested for few weeks until my morning wood restored and started the routine again with low intensity but then to i lost morning woods and eq again and also lost my gains..
how can i get gains,morning woods and improved eq at the same time?
are morning woods necessary for assuring growth?
how much should i rest?
please help me..i want to grow it this year atleast by an inch.

Everybody reacts differently to PE. Some handle it well, others are very sensitive to the exercises at first. Start at an even lower intensity and slowly work your way up. When you find to point where you start to experience negative PI's the back it down to the level where they were still positive. You will slowly be able to increase it over time as your penis becomes conditioned and adapts to the exercises. There are some who gain better with doing less, you may be one of those.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
Check out the beginners routines and see if you can modify your routine. Perhaps limit your exercises to just Jelqing and light stretches. Continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

When you say you are doing JP90, how much are you doing? If you do the full routine, you will overtrain. Start with a total of 50 jelqs, 25 each hand. Don't even stretch, just jelq. Do this for a couple weeks, then move to 100 jelqs, 50 each hand. Do this for 2 weeks and move up to 150 jelqs. You can then start stretching a little.
Just go really really slow. You obviously have a very sensitive penis. I feel like I can run over my dick with a truck and it would be fine, but others are different.Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

thanks friends for your replies and support.
As u stated dmizzle,i did only 50 jelqs with vaseline and olive oil and got an erection just after i woke up the other day...also i saw an increase in length by 0.5 cm ...is this a positive pi? ..my erection when i woke up was not very strong enough,it was just normal.. i want an erection throughout night..that gives me a lot of confidence.. how can i achieve that?
can i edge after jelq?
should i do pe ..one day on,one day off or two day on,two day off?

If you're having some positive PI and no negatives you're on the right track. When I did jp90 I never had morning woods and i was able to gain about 1/2 inch and had rock hard eq

If your EQ dropped that severely it is a sign of over training or too high of an intensity. Your grip is either too tight, you have an erection when you are jelqing, or you are doing too much, or some combination of the above. Scale back, take it slow.
