  • How does your body overall flexibility impact your gains with PE

I am curious to see how our body's overall flexibility compares to who sees gains. Are people who are overall more flexible seeing easier than people who are not as flexible and have a harder time. For example my body in general is very flexible even with a fractured spine with 7 blown and ruptured disks in my lumbar region also many surgeries and other injuries I can easily touch my palms to the floor with my legs stretched. I have see serious gains qiuckly so I wonder if there is a correlation between the two? Let's find out

I think this is worth pursuing, however...

How do you define flexibility? I could never touch the floor as you describe. I do yoga daily and in comparison with other measures I am fairly flexible. I can sit on the floor cross-legged for a long time for example.

How do you determine "hard" for gains? I have been at this for almost 4 years. Gained almost 2 inches. 2 inches is good, but taking 3 years to get there could be seen as hard. Took 6 months for first gains...

Good points. I am just talking in generally people should genuinely know if the are flexible and it sounds like you are and like you said you gained 2 inches which is great but it took 3 years. I can do another and break it down more specifically with length and time frame.

Gained over an inch and I'm the least flexible person I know.
