      You need to post more!
Congratulations on your gains. I have been at this for around 1.5 years and am still working on my first inch.

I started at the end of november 2009. I have definatley seen some gains in the 1/8 inch range. Not much but I am happy to even get that after three months. At that rate maybe it will take 24 months to get an inch but I have at least 60 more years of life left so on the grand scale its not much. Thanks to this site I have been able to fine tune my exercises and they seem to be working already after the first week!! I can't wait to see where I'm at after the 90 starter program. I'm still waiting to hear what the best stretching device to use is. I have a 6:00 LOT so stretching is going to be harder to see gains for me. Perhaps some heavy weights?

I've known about PE for a long time. I only wish I would have stuck with it and been consistent!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

I started in October of '03. Don't plan to ever stop.
