        Ideally 2 days on 1 off but it has been really difficult for me to respect that schedule for family reasons. My routine takes 1h 30 min approximatively without warming up or down.

          About 45-50 minutes...

          Usually 2 days on 1 day off.
          If I feel he can go an extra day or two,then it ends up being a 3-4 days on and 1 off.

            Upwards of 1.5 to 2 hrs ... pumping takes time and besides, I simply love to PE so I can get lost in it ...

              From about 40 minutes for a light session to as much as 2 hours for a hard one - no pun intended.

              Usually with 4 sessions in a week.

                  30 minutes right now. I'm doing a shorter one. Gonna be about an hour once I get more of everything in there.

                    Haven't done any PE for a couple of weeks but main part consists of 36 minutes under stretch. Usually upwards of an hour including 10-15 minute warm-up and switching grips etc. Edge afterwards 3-4 times a week also.
                    Usually daily unless I need a day off.
                    Foreskins are friends.

                      I warm up for 15 minutes, stretch for 10, and do jelqs and v-jelqs for about 20 minutes. The jelqs are so boring for me, because it's not as hard to get an erection while in the shower, so that's when i do it. jelqing looking at the tiles is pretty boring. Think I'm gonna find a way to hook a tv up in there haha.

                        however long it takes my cock to get fatigued...which is usually anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. It just depends on what exercises I throw n there.

                          About an hour maybe more. At the moment 1 day on 1 day off, but I will increase to 2days on and 1 day off soon.
