    I warm up for 20 minutes. It makes my penis more elastic, easier to stretch, but best of all it makes jelqing easier cause the skin is smoother

      My average warm up time is 15 min but it can sometimes be much longer if I fall asleep while warming up (late PE sessions in my bed...)

        Roughly 15 minutes. I'm not sure it helps with the session it's more for avoiding injury, for me at least.

          15-20 mins, once in a blue moon if Im watching a show I'll let it stretch for a half an hour.

            15 minutes MINIMUM. There have been times when I have gone only 10 minutes but those were times when my cock was already warm and loose, either from being under hot blankets or from the shower. I'm one of the biggest advocates of using lots and lots of heat and I can't stress its importance enough. Heat helps circulation and strong blood flow is a cornerstone of good PE. Promotes better expansion, faster healing and helps a great deal in preventing injury.

                15-20 minutes. I start to heat up the rice sock and get out the lube 20 minutes before I start my stretches, so by the time I've actually started using it, I'm down to about 17 minutes.

                  I warm-up for 7 minutes but continue to stay under my light a a farther distance away.

                    I warm-up less than 5 min and I see no benefits In warming up longer than what I usally do.

                        i actually don't warm up at all... I sometimes get in the shower and that's a kind of warm up, but most times I just wake up, get it out the way, then go on about my day.http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/n...HideSmiley.gif

                            Warmed up for 15 when I started. I don't have a much time now, so only 5-10 minutes. Usually 5.
                            I do notice how much better it feels if you warm for long enough.
