For those of you that have gained length and thickness from pe would be curious as to how many of you do so with or without heat. Of course there is a third category of people that some times use and and sometimes do not. Looking forward to hearing form you.

I always warm up for at least 10 to 15 mins. I just read a posting on here that said if you are working girth then you should warm up for at least 20 mins, so I will be heating up to 20 mins.Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

Sometimes I just don't have time. I try and get at least 10 in for stretches, 15 for girth exercises, 20 if I'm doing squeezes.

I don't warm up for nearly as long as everyone else here, and sometimes I don't warm up at all; for example, when I'm at work sometimes I'll use the restroom to perform some stretches (I don't spend too long on them though, just 20 sec tug in 3 directions).
The way I warm up is with the heater in my room. I usually just keep my junk close to it for a few minutes (it gets hot pretty fast) and then I'll go straight into exercises.
I actually work out with pretty high intensity too, but I've never suffered any injuries or even symptoms (spots, swelling, stretch marks, etc.). Maybe I just have a dick made of (bio)steel?

I usually do not warm up prior to pumping and extending, my primary PE procedures. However, I try to use a rice sock or hair dryer, when I can during my sessions because it usually generates better success. Me too, NP97. Ha, ha, ha. I always used a hot rag/washcloth warm-up for 15 to 20 minutes before starting my jelqing routine. When I was stretching, I rarely used a warm-up. That is just me. Of course, I made my greatest gains by jelqing and then stretching in one long session--for two hours a day, seven days a week--so I guess I can say now that, that long hot cloth warm-up was a necessity.
